At AdUnblock, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our ad recovery services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our subscription plans.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase date of the subscription plan for which the refund is requested.
  • The usage of impression credits associated with the subscription plan or addon must not exceed 50% of the total credits purchased or allocated for that billing period. Usage is measured based on the data recorded in our system.
  • Refunds apply only to the most recent subscription payment or addon purchase. Renewals processed more than 7 days prior are not eligible.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are generally not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Free trials or promotional credits.
  • Custom enterprise plans (unless specified otherwise in the contract).
  • Services already rendered or fully consumed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team through our contact page or by emailing support@ad-unblock.com. Include your account information and the reason for your refund request.

Our team will review your request based on the eligibility criteria outlined above. We aim to process refund requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Changes to the Policy

AdUnblock reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new policy.
